GENERAL DELIVERY INFORMATION 

Excluding Bank Holidays. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be despatched on the following Monday (excluding bank holidays) 

After you place an order on the website, we will send you an email confirming that your order has been received. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email with delivery details once your order has been dispatched, so that you can see when your package is expected to be delivered by DPD. All orders over £100 are tracked and signed for.

 If you have ordered an engagement ring or have requested a customised service, this may take longer, please allow additional days for the fulfilment of the order. 

All of our deliveries are carbon neutral.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We hope that you love your Koutisse jewellery. If, however, you are not satisfied with your online purchase, or simply change your mind, you may request a refund from us within 30 days of receiving your item. (Please check below which items cannot be returned)* 

The refunds will be issued back to the original payment method and can take up to 14 working days. We reserve the right that the jewellery item will be inspected prior to the exchange or return being processed. 

The items must be returned within 14 days of you starting your return with both goods and packaging in their original condition. For more information please refer to our Return and Refund Policy.

* What are the non-returnable items? 

All of our Fine Jewellery pieces are unique and individually produced and thus not all the sizes available. Please note that once you commission a size, this is non-returnable. Your refund will be provided through a store credit or an exchange. 

The item products that are personalised, bespoke, altered, resized, engraved otherwise made to your specification. This provision does not affect your statutory rights. 

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on earrings or pierced jewellery due to hygiene reasons
