Your Koutisse jewellery is warranted for 2 years from the date of original purchase against any manufacturing defects under normal use. Please retain your receipt or pass it on to the gift recipient, as the original proof of purchase is the warranty.

​We can clean, polish, resize, re-plate and check any jewellery for damage such as accidentally knocked gemstones and loose settings to keep your pieces dazzling for longer at no extra cost.

However, this warranty does not cover damage arising from normal wear and tear, accidents or improper use.
