We offer complimentary engraving on all Koutisse Fine Jewellery, please specify any requirements in your order comments and a member of our customer care team will be in touch to confirm your request. Unfortunately, we do not offer an engraving service for the Demi Fine Jewellery yet.

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes or cancel your orders as we prepare your order immediately and you will only have a limited window to amend your order. Please contact us with your request within the hour of ordering to see if we can help.

We can offer gift packaging for £3.95 – please select this option at checkout. Your gift order will be packed in our beautiful box in a Koutisse gift bag, tied with ribbon.

Please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order to make any amends.

Any orders above £100 will be sent by a courier and require a signature upon delivery

This service takes 7-10 days and includes taxes and import duties.
We do not currently ship to Russia, Ukraine, Aland Island, Bouvet Island, Macedonia, Moldova, Switzerland, Latvia.

PO Box Addresses
We are unable to deliver to PO Box numbers, BFPO addresses, mail-forwarding addresses and temporary residence addresses. This is to ensure the safe and undamaged delivery of your order.

Delivery at Weekends
Our couriers do not currently deliver on weekends.

Our couriers do not currently deliver on public holidays

Next Day Delivery
Next Day delivery applies for working days only and currently excludes the Scottish Isles, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and some areas of Scotland

Please allow 7-10 working days for your order to be dispatched (excluding weekends) for engraved and personalised items. Orders that have both a personalised and non-personalised item cannot be split into two separate shipments.
To check on the status of an order, please contact quoting your order number.

We provide tracking numbers once your order has been dispatched and this is on your dispatch email.

We hope that you love your Koutisse jewellery. If, however, you are not satisfied with your online purchase, or simply change your mind, you may request a refund from us within 30 days of receiving your item. (Please check below which items cannot be returned)
The refunds will be issued back to the original payment method and can take up to 14 working days. We reserve the right that the jewellery item will be inspected prior to the exchange or return being processed.
The items must be returned within 14 days of you starting your return with both goods and packaging in their original condition
Please note we cannot accept responsibility for any returns, sent outside of our return process.

As engraved items have been personalised these cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the product is faulty.

All of our Fine Jewellery pieces are unique and individually produced and thus not all the sizes available. Please note that once you commission a size, this is non-returnable. Your refund will be provided through a store credit or an exchange.
The item products that are personalised, bespoke, altered, resized, engraved otherwise made to your specification. This provision does not affect your statutory rights.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on earrings or pierced jewellery due to hygiene reasons.

Firstly, we are sorry that you may have received a faulty item. If you believe that your item is faulty, please contact us and send a clear image of the item with explanation of the fault, plus your order details for review within 30 days of receipt of goods. You then have an additional 14 days to send the item back to us (if required). Once we have confirmed the item is faulty, a new item will be sent to you free of charge or we can process a full refund if requested. If there is a subsequent manufacturing fault within 2 years after delivery, we offer a free repair. Any items displaying damage deemed to be a result of fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.

All Koutisse Bespoke Jewellery is designed and handmade in London, using ethically sourced precious metals and precious & semi-precious stones.

Absolutely, we can discuss your requirements during our consultation.

Dependent on the levels of wear and tear, all plated jewellery will lose it’s plating over time simply due to oxidation when exposed to extreme temperatures, humidity, sunlight, chemicals and other factors. We offer a 2-year warranty on every Koutisse jewellery on receipt of a valid proof of purchase where we can re-plate for free of charge. To return your jewellery to us for assessment, please contact us for a repair.

18ct gold is a precious metal which doesn’t tarnish; however, it is likely to accumulate a little dirt through wear. To keep your 18ct gold Koutisse Jewellery looking its best we recommend occasional cleaning with warm water, mild soap and a soft toothbrush. We do offer a professional cleaning service in our workshop, please do contact us for a complimentary cleaning.

We are happy to repair gold & platinum jewellery, please do get in touch with us for a quote.

Every repair sent into us is assessed by our workshop, who are able to tell whether a Koutisse Jewellery piece is faulty or has broken due to accidental damage. If a piece is determined to be faulty, we will repair it for you free of charge, however if there is evidence of accidental damage your repair will incur a small charge simply to cover the cost of the work.

If you are outside of the warranty we are still able to offer you repairs for a fee.
